2021 Wildlife Expo Update
The NWCOA/NPMA Wildlife Expo is an incredibly important event for our industry and one of our favorite ways to connect with members from across the country. NWCOA and NPMA explored several options to host this in-person event in February and has closely monitored the situation with COVID-19. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 Wildlife Expo.
The health and safety of our members and vendors partners remains a priority to both associations. New travel restrictions, quarantine requirements, and stay at home orders continue to be issued across the country, making a national in-person event difficult at this time. We look forward to connecting with wildlife control industry professionals at the Expo and know that we will be back to it soon. We’ll share additional details on our plans for the Wildlife Expo in the coming weeks.
NWCOA does plan to virtually host the scheduled NWCOA certified training events for the Advanced Wildlife Control Operator course, Basic Wildlife Control Operator Course, Zoonotic Disease Awareness Course, and the Rodent Standards Course. Additional information will be sent out regarding these training events.
Throughout 2020 NWCOA has been committed to developing new ways to offer benefits and resources to our members. As we enter 2021, we will continue to identify innovative methods for our industry to connect and learn through a combination of locally hosted training events, webinars and live streamed content.
Thank you for your patience and understanding -- and we look forward to seeing you soon!
